An exciting independent film entitled, MOVE, will be filmed in the Ottawa/Gatineau region in the spring/summer of 2010. Directed by the visual artist, John Graham, this is short film features a young man who unexpectedly recovers from a coma, and how his interior life magically guides him to consciousness. MOVE will be hybrid project with surreal stop-motion animation scenes filmed in elaborate miniature sets. The dream scenes will be complemented by subdued live-action scenes with actors in real world settings. The live-action scenes are without dialogue and play very important role in emotionally contextualizing the story.

Professional artists + visual art/ filmmaking/ acting students + creative volunteers are welcome!
