An event called 'Mayfest' will be held in Ottawa's Brittania Park on May 23. The event is intended to raise awareness about the deaf community and to help raise funds to send deaf children to camp.

Mayfest sounds like it is going to be an excellent venue for artists to showcase their work on any open medium and to be seen by the Ottawa community. Local artists are being invited to display their work and get their name out there, while also making worthwhile connections with the community.
