Ottawa 20/20 Arts and Heritage Plan Renewal discussion papers present potential strategies and actions to be considered for inclusion in a second 5-year Action Plan for Culture.  The 11 discussion papers can be found at http://www.ottawa.ca/residents/arts/news/plan_renewal/index_en.html
