Life Turns Electric is the latest album from the critically-acclaimed band Finger Eleven (Scott Anderson, James Black, Rick Jackett, Sean Anderson, Rich Beddoe). The 10-track album was recorded in New York at Wind-up Studios this past summer. Life Turns Electric was produced by James Black and Rick Jackett who also co-wrote all of the songs on the album with the other band members. The first single - Living in a Dream – was released on July 20th and has been #1 most added at rock radio for the last four consecutive weeks. In just a little over a month the song has already become the #3 rock song in the country.

Life Turns Electric is the follow up to 2007’s Them vs. You vs. Me. The album was certified Platinum by the C.R.I.A. and featured the hit single Paralyzer which sold well over 140,000 copies (3X Platinum) making it the biggest selling digital single in history by a Canadian group. The band’s 2003 self-titled release also went Platinum largely fueled by the multi-format hit single One Thing.

Overseen by Yoko Ono, John Lennon’s “Gimme Some Truth” campaign launches Today in North America with the worldwide release of eight remastered studio albums and several newly-compiled titles.
Double Fantasy, 1980’s GRAMMY Award winner for Album of the Year, will be presented in a newly remixed ‘Stripped Down’, version remixed and produced by Yoko Ono and Jack Douglas, co-producers of the original mix with John Lennon. The new stripped down version of the album comes in an expanded 2CD and digital edition pairing the new version with Lennon’s original mix, remastered.

Wreckorder is the debut solo album from Fran Healy, lead singer and main songwriter of acclaimed Scottish rock band Travis. The album is the work of a quintessential pop songwriter. Mars is a multitalented singer, songwriter, producer and musician who feels most at home when he’s performing. Born to a musical family in Honolulu, Hawaii, he was practically raised on the stage. The two self-proclaimed nerds from Winnipeg were introduced in 2004, and soon after began their musical collaboration. Phil, an established songwriter, was looking for a singer who could relate to his sound. A mutual acquaintance brought Ash to the studio, and after Phil heard her velvety voice, he had Ash record a song as a test. To Phil’s happy surprise, she nailed it in one take and they took to work immediately.
Through 2009 and early 2010 the band released four EPs: White, Black, Red and Blue. The recently released single Don’t Let Your Feet Touch Ground has become the band’s launch pad into their busiest summer ever.
