Again, sorry about the delay, so let's get right to it. "Dark Side of the Moon" was a very nice take on death, the afterlife, and Heaven. It goes a little like this:

Instead of seeing your life flash before your eyes, Sam and Dean, killed by angry hunters (who, btw, share a nice dialogue about how they want to kill Sam but have to kill Dean to save themselves from his revenge), get to visit some of their favourite memories. Despite being told for over a year now that hunting is the only life for Sam and he wouldn't return to a "normal" life if offered the opportunity, Sam's favourite memories notably feature an absence of Dean and Sucky John and are heavy on the normal side, including a Thanksgiving dinner where an 11 year-old got a little handsy under the table (don't worry, Sam was 11, too, when it happened, though he's hilariously Jared Padalecki in the memory). Can we just take a minute to appreciate that girl's moxie? Rrrwr! Dean's memories, par contre, feature Sam and Mom also without Sucky John, though his spectre looms over both glimpses into Dean's psyche. Mary once again makes Dean a sandwich because that's how pathetically low Dean's sights are set.
