"Uncovered and Unlocked," an evening of Erotic Art and Poetry,
courtesy of Harold Schneider and Rona Shaffran AND a benefit for the
fight against all women's cancers.This Friday, 25th September, from 7.00pm to 10.00pm, upstairs at the gallery "Uncovered:" Erotic Sculpture in clay from the important 91 year old Montreal artist Harold Schneider (F.R.S.A.). It is very rare that these works are for sale.  Snapdragon Gallery, 791 Bank Street

We may have missed the openings on some of these, but there is much art to be had around town these days.

Marc Adornato's "La Kapitale" is back by popular demand at the Starbucks at 362 Elgin (that's the one by the Jack Purcell Community Centre). Show runs 'til the end of the month. 

12:30: You can meet Michael Harrington at 12:30 this afternoon if you happen by the Ottawa Art Gallery (2 Daly Ave). It's part of the exhibit Mannish, which runs until March 29. Admission is free for this artist guided tour. 

Bank St: Terrorism, Democracy and Leisure opens tonight at 7 p.m. at Gallery 101 (301 1/2 Bank St between Somerset and Maclaren). Artist Afshin Matlabi will be on hand to discuss his work starting at 7:30. Admission is free.
