OAG: Summer Camp for Teens at the Ottawa Art Gallery

DIY Fever!
An art-week for teens at the Ottawa Art Gallery!
Do-it-yourself (DIY) projects are hotter than ever! During this week teens will explore a variety of materials and processes, both traditional and unconventional, to design, make, or customize objects that can be worn or used. Activities will include binding a personal sketchbook, making buttons, tie-dying, jewelry-making, transforming t-shirt in fashionable clothes and accessories, and more.
Dates: 16-20 August 2010
Hours: 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm (afternoon only)
Age: 13-16
Address:  The Ottawa Art Gallery, Arts Court, 2 Daly Avenue, Ottawa
Cost: $90, includes all materials.

Ottawa's one-of-a kind art camp geared to youth ages 8 to 12, featuring unique hands-on projects, specialized workshops led by artists, and visits to art galleries. Content primarily in English with bilingual staff.
