Let's skip over the usual blah blah about why is this happening again and so soon re: Spider-Man, okay? We'll revel in the casting, the positively defiant high school/Gwen Stacey-ism of it all, and hope against hope that that first person shooter stuff of Spider-Man running around New York isn't going to make the final cut of the film.
